FOUNDER of BAO COMMUNICATIONS
With an educational background in Journalism, Communications, and Law, Blair has worked for global PR and marketing agencies and newspapers, including Fleishman Hillard, a Top 5 Global PR Agency, Ta Kung Pao, the oldest active Chinese language newspaper, and People’s Daily, the largest newspaper group in China.
Blair has worked with many high-profile global clients including high fashion brands, fast-moving consumer goods companies, Chinese and United Kingdom government agencies, top universities, start-ups, and nonprofits for their social media and PR campaigns. She has formed close relationships with reporters and publications, as well as Twitter and Facebook marketing experts.
